Title: Forum and Email Support - and interruption period

Hi All

If there seems to be a delay in answers to forum questions (and/or emails), please check the following:

Towards the bottom of the page there are specific details about interruptions in service. It can also be used to ensure that no such period is planned when a future project phase is scheduled, where fast support could be critical.
