Luminary Micro announced today that they have been purchased by Texas Instruments.

Typically hot off the mark, Mark (No pun intended).

Interesting news, which I hope is good news for Luminary, it will hopefully give them more muscle to compete with the big boys like NXP.

The more I use the Luminary chips the more I like them.
