µTasker general / uTasker: strengths and weaknesses

The company I work for is trying to decide on an embedded WEB server to WEB enable their product. Any arguments or experiences with uTasker's strengths and weaknesses you have would be appreciated.

Hi,
   I am investigating the possibility of using uTasker & an ARM to serve up streaming video.
Has anyone already done this?? Is the any reason why this wouldn't work??
